VISION AND MISSION:

What all we have is NOW.  We must make use of the time we have now in any way that makes the world a better place than what it is, in small ways to start with.  Let us strive to bring happiness around us and bring sunshine in someone’s life.  We want to touch life of others in a positive way.  Small acts of kindness can bring lot of joy in someone’s life.  This desire in turn created POT.

But we had a question in mind—where do we start and what do we do ?  We decided to go to our school.  Today, the students here are from lower socioeconomic class.   We realised that we can work with the school in a parallel way to enhance performance of the current students of the school by helping them at multiple levels.   We have been working relentlessly in our school for the past three years in coordination with current principal Rashmikaben Joshi.  In our endeavour, we have been joined by innumerable friends who are alumni of the school.

We would like to give helping hand to the students who want to complete their studies at least up to graduate level.  We are encouraging them to go for some vocational courses also.   We particularly want to help girl child in making career choices that will make them financially independent.

To achieve the above objective, we first started two main activities in school.  The first one was English Teaching for smaller kids and second was Career Guidance and Counselling for bigger kids.
